that Nextel offers no guarant ee or assurance
regarding the accuracy, com pleteness,
appropriatenessorutility of the Content.Customer
alsoacknowledges thatNextel does not publish
andis in no way responsiblefor any Contentthat is
providedby third parties.Customer also may
establish contact with third par ties through Nextel
Online®Services.Nextel is not responsible for the
actionsof third partiescontacted by Customer,
whethersuch contactwas initiated by Customeror
wasbrought about throughan embedded link on
theE quipment. Content pr oviders and others have
proprietaryinterestsin certain Content. Customer
shallnot, and will notpermit others, to reproduce,
broadcast,distribute,sell, publish, commercially
exploitor otherwise disseminateany Content in
anymanner without theprior written consentof
Nextel,the Content providers,or others with
proprietaryinterestsin such Content, as

Network Security - Nextel may take any action that

rightsor the rights ofits customers and third

Servicesand the Equipment.Customer
acknowledgesthat suchaction may include,
withoutlimitation,employing methods,
technologies,or proceduresto filter or block
messages sent through Next el Online®Services.
Nextel may, in its sole and absolu te discretion, at
anytime, filter "spam" or prevent"hacking,"
"viruses"or otherpotential harms withoutr egardto
anyCustomer preference.
Application Support - Nextel is of ten not the
developerof Online Applicationsthat are
accessiblethrough NextelOnline®Services.
Therefore, if Customer cont acts Nextel's Custo mer
Carede partment regarding use of an Online
Application,Customermay be referred to the
customer care department of t he developer of the
OnlineApplication,and Nextel shall not be
obligatedto supportany such Online Application.
6.S ERVICE AVAILABILITY - Service is generally
availableto Customerwhen Customer is withinthe
operatingrange of theNextel network or within the
rangeof a provider withwhich Nextel has a
reciprocalservice arrangement("Service Area").
