I. What This Warranty Covers
and For How Long:
MOTOROLAwarrants the MOTOROLA
manufacturediDEN CommunicationProducts
listedbelow (“Product”)against defectsin material
andworkmanship under normaluse and service
fora period of time fromthe date of purchase as
scheduledbelow:
Rechargeable Batteries will be replaced during the
applicablewarrantyperiod if:
a. the battery capacity falls below 80% ofrated
capacity,or
b. the battery develops leakage.
MOTOROLA,at its option, willat nocharge either
repairthe Product (withnew or reconditioned
parts),replace it (witha new or reconditioned
Product), or refund the purcha sep rice of the
Product during the warranty per iod provided it is
returned in accordance with the terms of this
warranty. Replaced partsor boards are warranted
forthe balance of the originalapplicablew arranty
period. All replaced partsof Product shall become
theproperty of MOTOROLA.
Thisexpress limited warrantyis extended by
MOTOROLAto the originalend user purchaser
onlyand is not assignableor transferable to any
otherparty. This isthe complete warranty forthe
Product manufactured b y MOTOROLA.
MOTOROLA assumes no obligations or li ability for
additionsor modificationsto this warrantyunless
madeinwritingandsignedbyanofficerof
MOTOROLA. Unless made i n a separate
agreementbetween MOTOROLAand the original
enduser purchaser,MOTOROLA does not warrant
theinstallation, maintenanceor service of the
Product.
