Locking the Keypad

3Carefullyslide yourSIM card into your phone,

until it lies flat in the SIM card holder.

Removing Your SIM Card

Important: To avoid lo ss or damage, do not remove

yourSIM card from your phone unless

absolutelynecess ary.

1With your phone powered off, remov e the

battery door and battery.

2While holding the tab down, slide yo ur SIM card

outo f the SIM card holder.

Note:Protect your SIM cardas you would any

delicate object. Store it caref ully.

Locking the Keypad

Locking the phone’s keypad pr events its buttons

frombeing pressed. Whenthe keypad is locked,

youcan only:

•Powerthe phone on andoff

•Unlockthe keypad

•Respond to incoming cal ls, messages, and

alerts

Important: Emergencycalls cannot be p laced while

thekeypad is locked.
