Greetings Schedule
Youcan choose to have yourgreetings
automatically activate d based on a pre-determin ed
timeschedule. By activatingthe Greeting
Schedule,Greetings1, 2, and 3 will automatically
playaccording to the timeschedule listed below.
Toactivate the greeting schedule:
1Fromthe main voice mailmenu, press 3to
accessthe greetings menu.
2Press9to activate your greeting schedule.
3Press** to re turn to the main menu.
Note:The gre eting schedule, when on, will
override any other greeting that y ou may
setas active. If a greeting is not recorded,
asystemstandardgreetingwillbeplayed.
Automatic Playback
Bydefault, the playbackmode of your voice mail
service is set to normal. This feature automatic ally
playsand saves new messageswhen you log in.
Toa ctivate automatic pla yback:
1Fromthe main voice mailmenu, press 4to
access personal options.
2Press4to access personal preferences.
3Press2to access playback preferences.
4Press2to switch between automaticand
normal playback.
5Press** to re turn to the main menu.
Changingthe Playback Orderof Messages
Youcanselecttheorderinwhichyouwant
unheardmessagesto be played. You may listento
thelas t received message fi rst, or you may listen to
thefirst receivedmessage first. To selectthe order
inw hich new messages should be p layed:
