Usingthe Call A lert Queue
Viewing Date and Time
Toview the date and time a call alertwas received:
1Fromthe main menu, select Call Alert.
2Scrollto the call alertyou want informationon.
3Pressm.
4SelectVi ew.
Responding to Call Alerts intheQueue
After you queue a call alert, you can re spond to it
bymaking a Direct Connectcall to the sender or
sending a call alert to the sender.
Making a Direct Connect Call to th e Sender
1Fromthe main menu, select Call Alert.
2Scrolltothecallalertyouwanttorespondto.
3PressthePTTbuttontobeginthecall.
This removes the cal l alert from the queu e.
Sending a Call Alert to the Sender
1Fromthe main menu, select Call Alert.
2Scrolltothecallalertyouwanttorespondto.
3PressAunder Alert.Ready to Alert appears
onthe display.
4Pressthe PTT buttonuntil Alert Suc cessful
appears on the display.
Deleting Call Alerts
Tod elete a call alert from t he queue:
1From the call alert queue, scroll to th ec all alert
you want to delete.
2Pressm.
3SelectDelete .
4PressAunder Yes to confirm.
Todelete all call alerts from thequeue:
1From the call alert queue, press m.
2Fromthe call alert menu, selectDelete All.
3PressAunder Yes to confirm.
Sorting Call Alerts
Tip:Youmusthaveatleastonecallalertinthe
queueto access this feature.
Tosort call alerts by theorder they were received:
1Fromthe main menu, select Call Alert.
2Pressm.
3SelectSor t By.
4Scrollto First on Topor Las t on Top.
