CUSTOMER'SACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY OF
THEEQUIPMENT, ALL RISK OF LOSS,
DAMAGE,THEFT, O R DESTRUCTION TO THE
EQUIPMENT SHALL BE BORNE BY THE
CUSTOMER. NO LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT, OR
DESTRUCTIONOF THEEQUIPMENT, IN
WHOLE OR IN PART, SHALL IMPAIR
CUSTOMER'SOBLIGATIONS UNDER THIS
AGREEMENT,INCLUDING, WITHOUT
LIMITATION,CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
FORTHE PAYMENT OF SERVICE CHARGES
DUEUNDER THEAGREEMENT.
Insurance- Customermay purchase Direct Protect
insurance("Direct Protect")to protect Customer
againstloss, theft,incidental damage or accidents
involvingCustomer'sEquipment. However, Direct
Protect is not available for certa in Equipment.
Customer acknowledges that Direct Protect
insuranceis provided by The Signal
TelecommunicationsInsuranceServices("Signal")
and not by Nextel. If Customer select sD irect
Protect coverage, Custome rwi ll be assessed a
monthlycharge, whichNextel will remit to Signal
onCustomer's behalf.Any requestsf orinformation
orclaims regarding DirectProtect shall be directed
toSignal. Customeracknowledges thata summary
ofcoverage is available at www.nextel.com, which
informationis alsoavailable by calling Signalat
1-888-352-9182.
Lost or Stolen Equipment - If Customer 's
Equipmentis lost or stolen,Customer agrees to:
(1)notify Nextelwithin two calendar days by calling
Nextel'sCustomer Care department;(2) provide
Nextel with any documentat ion and information
thatit requests; and (3) otherwisecooperate with
Nextelin the investigationof such incident.

ON ITS BEHALF, AND CUSTOMER SHOULD
NOTRELY O N ANY SUCH STATEMENT(S). ANY
STATEMENTS MADE IN PACKAGING,
MANUALSOR OTHER DOCUM ENTS,OR BY
