Add LPR Printer
1.Open the Control Panel, Printers and then select Add Printer.
2.Select My Computer and click Next.
3.Click the Add Port button.
4.On the Printer Ports screen, select LPR Port from the list of Available Printer Ports and click the New Port button.
5.In the Name or address of server providing lpd: field, enter the IP address you assigned to the printer.
6.In the Name of printer or print queue on that server: field, enter the print server output port being used. For example, for port 1 enter P1, for port 2 enter P2, etc. Click OK.
7.Click OK.
