Power Cord Requirements
The type of AC power cord supplied with the library depends upon the configuration ordered, and the country of destination.
Criteria for U.S. and Canada 120 VAC power cord:
•The power cord must have a molded NEMA
•The power cord must have a molded IEC type
•The power cord must be UL Listed and CSA Certified.
Criteria for U.S. and Canadian 220 VAC power cord:
•The power cord must have a molded NEMA
•The power cord must have a molded IEC type
•The cordage must be an SJT or SVT type,
•The power cord must comply with local electrical code.
Criteria for an international 220 VAC power cord:
•The power cord must have an attachment plug of the proper type, rating, and safety approval for the intended country.
•The power cord must have an IEC 320 female connector on one end.
•The flexible cord must be harmonized to CENELEC publication
