To put a new waypoint at the cursor’s current position:

1.As shown in Figure 4-17, click Marks/Wpt at Cursor on the function bar (this function cannot be accessed from the Waypoints drop-down menu).

The Standard cursor changes to the Route cursor .

2.Place the cursor where you want the new waypoint, then left-click. The new waypoint appears on the chart.
