Working With Waypoint Groups

You can create as many different groups of waypoints as you need, and then manipulate the individual waypoints within those groups. Waypoint groups can be added/deleted/renamed just like individual waypoints, and waypoints can be swapped between groups, sent-to and retrieved-from the Waypoint Recycle Bin.

To create a new waypoint group:

1.Select Edit Route from the Route menu, then click Waypoint Properties to display the Waypoint Properties dialog box (Figure 4-20).

2.As shown in Figure 4-20, click Groups to display the Group Action popup menu.

3.Select New Waypoint Group. The Rename Waypoint Group dialog box is displayed (Figure 4-21).

4.Type the name for the new group, then click OK.
