Initializing a formatted SCSI hard disk Some hard disks are formatted at the factory; check the documentation that came
with your hard disk to see if the disk needs formatting.
If your SCSI hard disk is formatted, it only needs to be initialized. Use this
procedure to initialize the hard disk.
