■Make sure that the leading edge of the roll media is
straight (the angles on the corners of the leading
edge should be 90˚). If it is not, follow these steps:
1Open the paper roll cover.
2Lift the latch on the top cover (make sure that you
leave the cover closed).
3Insert the roll media under the top cover. Align the
media with the guide on the printer to make sure
that it is inserted evenly.
4Lower the top cover latch to secure the media.
