Modifications to Merlin products are not recommended. Such modifications shall be at the sole expense of the person(s) or company responsible, and any damage resulting from said modifications shall not be covered under warranty or otherwise.
In Case of Problems
Check the following items:
Verify that the unit is properly connected to an AC power source and the source is active.
Check the fuse.
Verify that the input connections are properly made. Verify that the output connections are properly made. Make sure the output relay indicators are green. Check the input and output cables for proper wiring and continuity.
Check the signal source(s).
Check the connection between the computer and the
