About this guide

This guide is intended for system administrators who are responsible for setting up and maintaining DocuPrint printers.

Users should have an understanding of Printer Controller operations and be familiar with SunOS and basic UNIX commands.

Some of the procedures described in this guide may be performed by the printer operator. For more information on printer operator tasks, refer to the other documents listed in the Related publications section.
