Printer Memory
You can add additional memory to increase the printer’s Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM). Additional printer memory allows the DocuPrint C20/NC20 to print more complex jobs and operate more efficiently.
Your printer was shipped with 8MB of standard printer memory. You can install one additional printer memory SIMM (Single Inline Memory Module) in your printer. Printer memory upgrade options available are 8, 16, 32, or 64MB.
Data in the printer’s memory is lost when the printer is unplugged so make sure you have completed printing all our jobs before you Power Off your printer to install options.
