Safety Notes

Your WorkCentre Pro 580 system and supplies are designed and tested to meet strict safety requirements. Included are safety agency examination and approval, and compliance to established environmental standards. Please read the following instructions carefully before operating the WorkCentre Pro 580 and refer to them as needed to ensure the continued safe operation of your WorkCentre Pro.

Follow all warnings and instructions marked on, or supplied with, the product.

Unplug the WorkCentre Pro 580 from the wall outlet before cleaning. Always use materials specifically designated for this system. Use of other materials may result in poor performance and could create a hazardous situation.

Do not use aerosol cleaners. Follow the instructions in this Users Guide for proper cleaning methods. Use supplies or cleaning materials only as directed. Keep all supplies and materials out of reach of children.

Do not use the WorkCentre Pro 580 near water, wet locations, or outdoors.

Do not place the WorkCentre Pro 580 on an unstable cart, stand, or table. The WorkCentre Pro 580 may fall, causing personal injury or serious damage to the machine.
