NOTE: If the button you chose has already been used for one-touch dialing or group dialing, the display warns that the one-touch number is used.

Then you are allowed to select “OTHER” or “RENEW” by pressing or . To replace that number and continue, select RENEW. To start over with a different location, select OTHER. When the desired option is displayed, press the Start/Enter button.

5The display prompts you to press a one-touch button or to enter a 2-digit speed dial number that you wish to include in the group.

6Press a one-touch button for the fax number you wish to include in the group.

Or,

Enter a 2-digit speed dial location for the fax number you wish to include in the group.

7Press the Start/Enter button. The display shows the fax number which was stored in the selected location.

8Repeat step 6 to 7 to enter additional numbers into the selected group.

9Press the Start/Enter button when you have entered all the desired destinations. The display prompts you to enter a name.

10 To assign a name to the group, enter the desired name. See page 1.27 for entering alphanumeric characters.
