Canceling a Scheduled Operation

1Press the Advanced FAX button. The display shows the first menu; “BROADCASTING.”

2Press or until “CANCEL SCHEDULE” appears, and press the Start/Enter button. The display shows the operation, time and number currently reserved in the memory.

3Press or repeatedly until you find the operation you want to cancel, then press the Start/Enter button. The display asks you to confirm your selection.

4Press the Start/Enter button to cancel the selected operation. The operation is deleted from memory. Or press the Stop button to return to the standby mode without canceling the operation.

NOTE: Canceling a scheduled operation will allow you to cancel any operation in the WorkCentre Pro 580 memory. This includes delayed fax transmissions, polling transmissions, bulletin board polling, and current memory send/broadcast transmissions that have not completed and are waiting to redial.
