1Select whether you want the Resident LECS Service to be enabled on the selected CoreBuilder. Toggling it on, immediately enables the LES Service. The resident LECS Service does not need to be enabled for the LES Service to be enabled.

2Enter the User part of the Resident LECS.

3Click Next. Panel 4 is displayed.
