Group Address The number dialed by callers to reach the
hunt group or attendant. This should be a
new extension, not a previously created
extension. VCX software automatically
creates the extension and an associated
voicemail box.

Class of Service Lists the existing Classes of Service you
can assign to the hunt group or
attendant.

Local Time Zone Displays a list of time zones. You can
select a time zone and then schedule
time-based coverage rules for the Hunt
