6Enter a check mark in the check box following a day to include it in the
week day band.
7Click Save.
The Week Day Bands page appears listing the added week day band.
Editing Week Day
Bands
To edit a week day band:
1Click Week Day Bands.
The Week Day Bands page appears. See Figure127.
2In the Name column, click the name of the week day band you want to
modify.
The Edit Week Day Band page appears.
3Modify the fields as required. See the field descriptions in Adding Week
Day Bands.
4Click Save.
The Week Day Bands page appears.
Deleting Week Day
Bands
To delete week day bands:
1Click Week Day Bands.
The Week Day Bands page appears. See Figure127.
2You can delete one week day band or multiple week day bands.
■To delete one week day band, click Delete in the Action column for
the week day band entry you want to delete.
■To delete multiple week day bands, enter a check mark in the check
box preceding each week day band you want to delete, then click
Delete Selected.
A confirmation window appears prompting you to verify the delete
action.
3Click OK.
The Week Day Bands page refreshes and the deleted week day band (or
week day bands) is not listed.
