2Click Phones.
The Phones page appears.
3Locate the phone extension you want to add to the group.
4In the Actions column, click Hunt Groups.
The Phone - Assigned Hunt Groups page appears listing any groups of
which the extension is a member. See Figure 85.

5Click Assign External Hunt Groups.
The Phone - Unassigned External Hunt Groups page appears. See
Figure 86.

6Enable the check box preceding the group name and click Assign
Selected.
A confirmation box appears verifying you really want to add this
extension to the group.
