5 Open the File menu and choose Quit to quit the SimpleText program.

6Check for the file you saved in the hard disk window.

You should see the icon for the document you saved in the hard disk window. If your Practice File icon doesn’t appear, it may be in a hidden part of the window. You can scroll through the window to find the icon if you need to.

Here’s the new file you just created.

If you don’t see your document, click the arrows to scroll through the window.
