Reaching the Reports Menu in the Integrated

Solution III Environment

To reach the Reports menu in the Integrated Solution III environment, follow these steps:

1.At the Integrated Solution III menu, move the cursor to User Maintenance and press Enter .

The User Maintenance menu appears.

2.At the User Maintenance menu, move the cursor to Voice System Administration and press Enter .

The Voice System Administration menu appears.

3.At the Voice System Administration menu, move the cursor to Reports and press Enter .

The Reports menu appears.

4.Continue with the instructions that follow for the specific operation required.
