Administering Fax Lines

To administer your Fax lines:

1.From the Fax Channel Administration window, press F8 (CHG-KEYS) to display the alternate key labels.

2.Press F3 (LINES).

3.The Administer Fax Line Extension form appears.

—This form is used to add or change phone extension numbers associated with fax equipment channels.

4.In the Channel field, enter the channel number and press Enter .

5.In the Extension field, enter the telephone extension number press

Enter .

6. Press F3 (SAVE) to save the data in the system.
