Paper Jams or Does Not Feed
CHECK 4 DID YOU REMOVE THE PAPER REST?
Make sure the paper rest is installed on the printer at all times.
CHECK 5 ARE YOU PRINTING TRANSPARENCIES OR BACK PRINT FILM?
If you are printing on transparencies or back print film, insert a sheet of plain paper (of the same size) in the auto sheet feeder behind the transparencies or film.
