When you are using the USB interface:

1 Right-click the My Computer and then select Properties.

2 Double-click Universal serial bus controller on the Device manager tab, and then double-click CANON BJC-2100.

3 Note what is displayed on the General tab.

CHECK 5 IS THE PRINTER DRIVER INSTALLED CORRECTLY?

There may be a problem with the printer driver. Uninstall the printer driver and install it again.
