Changing the Print Dialog Box Settings
■ Displaying a Print Preview of the Document
To view a preview of the document as it will appear when printed, click the Options... button
and change the output destination.
1Open the Print dialog box, and click the Options... button.
The Options dialog box is displayed.
2Select Preview as the output destination, and click the OK button.
