CHECK 7 IS A WPS DRIVER INSTALLED?

You may not be able to print correctly if a WPS (Windows Printing System) driver is installed in your computer.

1 Click Start, point to Settings, and click Printers.

2 If a WPS driver is installed, right-click the icon and then select Properties from the pop-up menu.

3 Click the Details tab and check the “Print to the following port” setting.

If the selected port is the port also used by the BJC-2100, change the

WPS driver port setting to FILE or delete the WPS driver.
