
Printing on Special Media Types
■High Gloss Film
You can print high quality photographs using this media type with a
•Do not use the
•Load this film with the printing side (the glossy side) facing up.
•Load one sheet at a time.
•Set the Media Type setting in the printer driver to High Gloss Film.

•After printing, remove each sheet from the output tray as it is ejected.
•Allow about two minutes for the ink to dry on the High Gloss Film.
■High Resolution Paper
This paper provides superior color development. It is highly suitable for printing business documents that contain color graphs, charts, and photographs.
•Load paper with the printing side (the whiter side) facing up.
•Load up to 40 sheets of paper at a time in the sheet feeder.
•Set the Media Type setting in the printer driver to High Resolution Paper.
