Before You Call for Help

1On the desktop, click the icon of the hard disk.

2Select Get Info from the File menu.

3Select General Information.

•Checking the version number of the printer driver

1On the Windows desktop, click the Start button, select Settings, and

click Printers.

2Right-click the BJC-2100 icon and select Properties from the pop-up

menu.

3Click the Main tab and click the About button. The printer driver

version is displayed.

1Double-click the Extensions Folder in the System Folder and then

select the BJC-2100 icon.

2Select Get Info from the File menu.

3Select General Information.

4Check Version.
