LED | Condition | Description |
|

Offline | Amber | The line card is offline (powered off) and is ready for hot swap. | |
|
| The Offline LED also is lit briefly during a reboot or reset of the | |
|
| ||
|
| discovers and properly initializes the line card. | |
|
|
| |
Online | Green | When lit, this green LED indicates that the line card is online | |
|
| and is ready to receive, process, and send packets if configured | |
|
| to do so. |
|
|
|
| |
Link | Green | Each port has two LEDs on its connector. The green LED on the | |
|
| left side of the connector indicates the link status. When this | |
|
| LED is lit, the port hardware is detecting that a cable is plugged | |
|
| into the port and the port has established communication with | |
|
| the device at the other end. | |
|
|
| |
Activity | Flashing amber | The port’s transceiver sent or received packets. | |
