If you are trying to print from Tray 1, make sure the printer’s Control Panel setting for paper size is correctly configured.

2.After performing the actions above, press [Go]. The page containing the error will automatically be reprinted. (Or, you might want to press [Cancel Job] to clear the job from the printer’s memory.)
