Job Retention

There are four job retention features: Quick Copy, Proof and Hold, Private Job, and Stored Job (all are available with a hard disk installed). Proof and Hold and Private Job are also available without a hard disk installed. See the following pages for more information on each of these features.

To access each of the features, first follow the steps below, then continue to the section that describes the feature you wish to use.

For Windows only:

1Select Print from the application’s menu.

2Click Properties to display the properties dialog box.

3Click the Destination tab to display the destination options.

4Click Options under Destination Features to display Job Retention Options.

For Macintosh only:

Select Job Retention from the pull-down menu in the print dialog box for newer drivers. For older drivers, select Printer Specific Options.
