Clearing Jams from the Top Cover Area
1 Open the top cover.
2Remove the toner cartridge (A).
3Lift the green lever and remove any paper that may be hidden.
4Remove any paper in this area by pulling it straight up and out of the printer (B).
5Be sure to remove all pieces of torn paper.
6Replace the toner cartridge and close the top cover.
