Chapter 4 Emulation Menu

Slew Relative

“Slewing” is rapid vertical paper movement. This parameter determines the number of lines slewed (either 1-15 lines or 1-16 lines) when an EVFU Slew Relative command is received.

IGP/PGL Emulation

The IGP/PGL emulation can be configured either through the printer’s front panel or from the host computer with control codes. For a detailed description of configuration with control codes, see the PGL Technical Reference Manual. For information on configuring the emulation through the printer’s front panel, see the submenu below and the parameter descriptions that follow.
