Chapter 4 Emulation Menu

Slew Relative

“Slewing” is rapid vertical paper movement. This parameter determin es the

number of lines slewed (either 1-15 lines or 1-16 lines) when an EVFU Slew

Relative command is received.

IGP/PGL Emulation

The IGP/PGL emulation can be configured either through the p rinter’s front

panel or from the host computer with control codes. For a detailed description

of configuration with control codes, see the PGL Tech nical Reference

Manual. For information on configuring the emulation through t he printer’s

front panel, see the submenu below and the parameter descr iptions that

follow.
