Fill Down	To copy part of any row to the next row or to a series of adjoining rows, use the Fill
	Down button, following the steps in the table below:

Step Action

1Use your mouse to select the data you would like to copy and the cells you would like to copy it to.

Note: You must select one contiguous block of cells, with the data to be copied in the first row. You cannot select two separate blocks.

2Click the Fill Down button.

Result: The data from the first row is copied to the selected cells below.
