DELETEpress and hold down the DELETE key for at least 2 seconds. If the General Box has a passcode, press the DELETE key and then enter the passcode.

Erasing personal messages: To erase all messages in a personal box, press the DELETE key (do not hold it down), enter the number of the box, and then enter its passcode (if it has one).

Erasing a single message: To erase only a single message, press the DELETE key while the message is being played.

Using the REC/MEMO key

You can use the REC/MEMO key to record telephone conversations and messages for other users of the FO-1650/1850. These will be recorded in the General Box, and played back together with any incoming messages in that box when the PLAY/SKIP key is pressed.
