User Policy (FindMe™)
About User Accounts
FindMe user accounts must be c reated by the
VCS Administrator before they can b e accessed
and congured by users.
Each user account is accessed v ia a username
and password associated with a sp ecic
FindMe name.
Managing FindMe User Accounts
Creating a New User Account

You will be taken to the User Accounts pag e.
Select New.
You will be taken to the Create User Account p age.
Initial password
The password to be used along with t he
Username when logging into this account .
Users will be able to change the passwo rd for
their account once they have log ged in.
FindMe name
The FindMe name on which the us er can be
contacted.
The FindMe name can be any stri ng of up to
60 characters. However, not all endpoi nts are
able to dial aliases with spaces or oth er non-
alphanumeric characters s o we recommend
that these are not used in your Find Me names.
Username
The name of the user for whom you are
creating an account. This is the na me they
will use to log in when conguring thei r FindMe
options.
Cancel
Click here to return to the User Accou nts page
without creating the new acc ount.
Conrm password
Retype the password.
Save
Click here to create the new accoun t and return
to the User Accounts page.

created, calls to the FindMe nam e for
that account will be rejected un til one
or more devices have been congur ed for that
account.
