Carrier Expansion Card

Introduction	Connectors on the front of the Carrier expansion card (Figure 3-24)are PMC slot
	Ethernet ports of any installed Dual 10/100BaseT Ethernet PMCs.

Cabling the 10/ The 10/100BaseT Ethernet PMC can be installed on either the CPU card or on the 100BaseT Ethernet Carrier Expansion Card. For both cards, the two ports on the PMC are cabled at the

Mezzanine Card Vanguard 7300 front panel. Figure 3-24.

Note

Software configuration supports a maximum of five configured Ethernet ports on a Vanguard 7300.

There are two RJ45 connectors on each Ethernet PMC, as shown in Figure 3-25.
