Vanguard 7300 Functions and Features

Software Support The Vanguard 7300 operates under the Vanguard Applications Ware software and supports the following licensing packages:

Base Licenses:

•IP+ Applications Ware (includes IP, IPX, and Voice)

•SNA+ Applications Ware (includes IP, IPX, SNA, and Voice)

•Multiservice Applications Ware

Pre-loaded software stored in the CPU card’s on-board flash memory allows smooth transition from power-up to configuring your Vanguard 7300 network node with the Vanguard Managed Solutions Vanguard Applications Ware. Power-up procedures and configuration port numbering are described in Chapter 4, Operating Your Vanguard 7300.

Note

Software is stored in the primary FLASH, not alternate FLASH.
