In general, the control keys are used in the following sequence:

1.Press On Line to set the printer off-line.

2.Press Menu to display the menu you want to access.

3.Press Item to display the menu item you want to set.

4.Press Up or Down to change the item’s value.

5.Press Enter to set the item to the value displayed.

6.Press On Line to set the printer on-line.
