Paper

Select the type of paper NORMAL or THICK with keys or .

Confirm your setting by pressing key OK.

NOTE

: 1)

When the THICK type of paper is selected, the printing speed is slowed down.

Use the manual feeder for paper substances over 24 lb. (90 g/m²).

Paper tray

Select the paper tray to be used (AUTOMATIC, LOWER or UPPER) using keys or .

Confirm your setting by pressing key OK.

Margins

If you want to shift the side margins of your document to the left or to the right:

Adjust the left / right margin shift (in steps of 0,02 in (0.5 mm)) by means the

Press OK to confirm.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

LOGS

The incoming and outgoing logs list the last 30 transmissions (incoming and outgoing) made by your machine.

An automatic print out will take place after every 30 transmissions. However, you may request a print out at any time.

Each log (incoming or outgoing) contains a table with the following information:

date and time of the incoming or outgoing document,

group dial number or E-mail address,

transmission mode (Norm, Fine, SFine or Photo),

number of pages sent or received,

call duration,

incoming or outgoing results: noted CORRECT if properly transmitted or

information codes for special calls (polling, manual group dial, etc.),

reason for call error (example: your group dial does not answer).
