Second Harmonic Spurious ResponsesTest Limits
Test Description
To test second harmonic distortion, a 50 MHz low pass filter is used to filter the source
output, ensuring that harmonics read by the analyzer are internally generated and not
coming from the source. The source power and input attenuation on the analyzer are
adjusted so –20 dBm is the power level at the first mixer.
