COOKIE DOUGH ....AS EASY AS 1-2-3

AMARETTO RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients:

2 dozen

Amaretto Liquor or Vanilla Extract

1 TBL

Eggs, large, room temperature

Butter, softened

1 cup

Brown Sugar, packed

3/4 cup

Raisins

3/4 cup

All-Purpose Flour

2-1/2 cups

Baking Powder

1-1/2 tsp

Method for Cookies:

1.Press the SELECT Button; Choose Course 14, Pasta Dough. Press START.

2.When the beeper sounds on Breadman® Pro, remove the dough from the Bread Pan. Drop by rounded tablespoons on to a lightly greased or papered cookie sheet.

3.Bake at 350°F/177°C for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES

Ingredients:

Eggs, large, room temperature

Quick or Old-Fashioned Oats
