Vegetables
After cooking vegetables, e.g. in a steamer – remember to cook to “just cooked” stage as they will still cook slightly more until they have started to chill
– if you normally cook beans for 6 minutes, reduce the cooking time
by 2 minutes as the time taken to remove from steamer and place into the
