The Electrolux air-o-defrost uses a unique method of combining Low

Temperature Steam and high velocity air circulation to thaw frozen products.

The “target” thawed temperature can be set between –1 °C up to +2 °C in increments of 1/10th of a degree.

When thawing meat for slicing it is best to thaw to -1 °C as this will facilitate slicing as the meat will still be firm and hold it’s shape when slicing.
