6.2.8Write Protection

A Rosemount 2410 Tank Hub can be write protected to avoid unintentional configuration changes when using the TankMaster programs. To write protect the 2410 Tank Hub:

1.Start the TankMaster WinSetup program.

2.In the WinSetup workspace select the Logical View tab.

3.Click the right mouse button on the device icon that represents the 2410 Tank Hub:

4.Choose the Write Protect option to open the 2410 Tank Hub Write Protect window:

5.Choose Protected in the New State drop-down list.

6.Click the Apply button to save the new state, or click the OK button to save the write protect state and close the Write Protect window.
