[ESC] A Set variable line spacing to n/72 inch

Description The [ESC] A <n> command sets the default line spacing to n/72, where n
=1 to 85. Variable line spacing does not take effect until enabled by the [ESC] 2
command. The command is provided to maintain backward compatibility with the TransAct® Series 50, OKIDATA, IBM, and other printers. It can also be used to print on preprinted forms.
