Mounting the server in the rack Installing the server

For the case, that a rack server is installed in a 19-inch rack (without cord management) an articulated cable guide must be mounted at the device:

ÊInsert two spring nuts in the groove of the rear right support upright at the same height with the connection cables of the server.

ÊFix the cable guide with two mounting screws on the rear right support upright of the rack (1).

The articulated cable guide should now be mounted as shown in the figure.

ÊSlide the server into the rack.

ÊFasten the server to the rack using the four knurled screws.
